hard bed small room
the location was accessible to transportation options.
The room i booked was too small for two people with luggage. I had to place my big bag on the other side of the bed. the bed was hard , made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

noisy air conditioner hard mattress
The location was acceptable. It offered a balance between a local neighborhood and high-end shops.
The staff was unsmiling. My mattress was hard. I developed lower back pain after two nights. The air conditioner was noisy and gave me a headache.

i liked the location, it was near the mrt. there are restaurants near the hotel. it also had walking distance to time square and shopping center. the room cleaning was clean and good.
i was given a smoking room first, i had to wait to the next day to change rooms. i had to specifically request a non-smoking room. the next day, i was given a room with ants.
